We are able to offer the tenancy to begin in July ,August or September with a full years tenancy. Both rooms would be required to start on the same month.

Ernest Place Student Mansion accommodation.

Bus stop at the end of the street or walk into Durham city centre 1.2 miles and 1.5 miles to the railway station.

There is a total living space of 90 square meters . Then also garden to the front and back with patio. We have a gardener who cuts the grass etc. This is included in the rent.
