The rent is £180 per week (available from 18th September and this includes internet bills, tv licence bills and water bills). The house is newly redecorated and refurbished to a very high standard. The garden includes a green area as well as decking and outdoor seating.
The house is situated on Hallgarth Street so only a 5 minute walk to the library, sports centre, science site and city centre.
We are looking for responsible postgraduates to look after and enjoy the house, together with 3 other phd students.
