Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a single room in this really nice student house in Faraday Court (Neville's Cross), Durham :)
The room is £140 per week with all bills included and a free parking spot on the drive!
It's a 6 bed house, so currently 5 other (lovely) student housemates. There's a big kitchen with a washer and tumble dryer, living room, 3 bathrooms, and the house is in really good condition (cleaner comes bi-weekly).
The house is in a super nice residential area, not far to the science site or into the town centre (15 mins walk or less), and it's basically on the doorstep of Ustinov College — so absolutely perfect if you're a postgrad with the college.
