En-suite Room in Affordable Flatshare

I am looking for a clean, friendly, and responsible roommate to share a comfortable apartment. The room is a bright suite with a private bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.

The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and is well-maintained. The location is in the city center, just 3 minutes from the train station, with convenient access to all amenities. The rent is very affordable, but utilities (water, electricity, gas) are not included.

I am a second-year PhD student in the Computer Science Department at Durham University. I am easy-going, respectful of others, and will keep common areas clean. Ideally, my roommate would be considerate, reliable, clean, and preferably female. Move-in date: February 2026.
