Hi there xx I’m a 26-year-old student at Durham University and I am moving out of my accommodation to move back home to get a job since classes have ended. I am looking to see if someone would be interested in taking over the lease for the end of my agreement.

I am offering a reduced charge in my rent to make it more attractive. I’m willing to negotiate. I don’t believe someone should be paying the full price. I’m happy to cover some of it. I currently live at Regatta Place, in Dragonville, Durham. Personally, I think it’s a great location next to retail park it’s so convenient for shopping. The rooms are lovely amenities are covered. Please let me know if you’re interested. I’m willing to have a discussion about it and I can be flexible about dates.
