About me
I am Demi-lee your new live in landlord/housemate. I am a 31 year old HR professional who works from home the majority of the time. I enjoy normal girly things such as coffee mornings, the gym, chilled weekends, cooking, a Friday night beverage and spending time with friends family etc. I am very clean and tidy and believe that a house should be your safe and comfy place to unwind.

About the house and room
The room is a large double with all furniture including double bed, drawers, build in wardrobe and side tables. There is room for a desk if needed and a bracket for a tv. The house is spacious with a massive kitchen, living room, clean shared bathroom and a utility room for laundry. Free park available also.

I have a weekly cleaner to keep the house clean whilst I'm busy working etc. This is included in the price.

My housemate must be a professional who is looking for a chilled vibe. They must be clean, tidy. I am super socialable and always up for a kitchen chat and looking forward to enjoying this space together.

I have a teenage daughter who visits and stays with me (in her own room) two nights per week. We are busy with sports etc so won't be around much.

Bus stand to Durham is 30 seconds away and bus stop to Newcastle/metro is 3 mins walk away.
