The house is situated 1.5 miles from Durham. Bus also operates every 10 mins. House comprises of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and cloakroom / toilet. Linen included &, all kitchen apparatus. Super fast Broadband. Bills included.

Both double rooms have desks & double beds, bedside lamps & bedside tables, double wardrobes (one fitted) wardrobes & chest of drawers and shelves.

House only a few minutes away from late night shops & major shopping center ( Arnison Shopping Center)Lidl, Sainsbury, Boots, Marks & Spencer, Next & Northumbrian water offices. The University College Hospital is also near.

I am considerate, honest, liberal, and open-minded with a good sense of humour & fair play.

Interests - the arts, science and technology, climbing, salsa-dancing, gym, film, reading, concerts and socializing.

Cleaning duties alternate between house mates and are once a week.
