This room is for one person.

The house is 7 minutes walk to North Durham University Hospital, or 20 mins walk into Durham.
The room has single bed ,wardrobe , chest of drawers , shelving, desk .
No smoking in the house but you can go outside.
In the house we have a large sitting room with dining table.
Council tax band D.
I, the landlord live at the same address but its totally separate . I don't share any facilities with the tenants and I have my own entrance door.
Large kitchen.
All bills are included in the rent even council tax.
There are three showers in the house and two
WCs.
The house is kept clean and tidy on a rota basis.
It is a very good area of Durham DH1 4HH.
We don't have any parking at the house .
I don't want a tenant with a car.
