The current group are all male students and all studying at Durham Uni on a sports scholarship combining studies with playing volleyball !
The 5th (and by far the largest) room has just become available due to someone leaving their course so a fantastic opportunity to join this very friendly household on a shortened contract.
The house has 2 bathrooms including a brand new downstairs bathroom with new utility room as a result of an extension built last summer.
• The rent includes ALL BILLS - gas, electricity and water plus all maintenance and call-outs plus top of the range permanent BT Fibre Optic Broadband (24/7) and also a smart TV with Firestick for access to all, live sport, movies etc. and also a TV licence. .
• The University is a 10 min walk. The City Centre 5 mins. Bus stops are immediately outside the house.
• I am a registered landlord with the University. I live local. I am literally 5 mins away. I have all the necessary gas, electric etc. certification.
• There is a free public car park very close to the house.
• I employ qualified tradesmen if any maintenance work is necessary, who anre immediately available.
