I’m looking for one Flatmate to join. Very spacious 3 bedroom house, currently 2 lovely young working professionals living here (will be max 3 people living here). I'm open to different backgrounds and current situations including young professional or student but would need to be clean and tidy.

The house is located within walking distance of the city, the university and hospital, the are also regular busses to the city every 10 minutes, leaving from outside the house or on the main road and they take 10 minutes to get into Durham. The house is also a walk away from a big supermarket, retail park, many gyms and the beautiful river.

Due to its close proximity to the A690, the house is perfect for getting to Sunderland, Newcastle, Darlington and many other places.
