The house is close to the centre of Ferryhill although in a quiet, private and secure location.
Close to the A1 with good public transport links.
It is a large, cosy and homely house with an extended garden and patio area to the back and side of the house.
You will have access and use of the extensive kitchen and dining/relaxing area - 60 sq metres.
There is a lounge, conservatory and gym room downstairs with 2 en-suite double bedrooms, 3 further bedrooms and a recently renovated main bathroom.
I would prefer someone Mon-Friday only but will consider 7 days a week dependant on the applicant and their circumstances.
Tenant must be working - no benefits.
Not suitable for anyone who works from home / hybrid working.
My current house mate has lived here 7 days a week for the last 5.5 years.
My home would suit a mature, fun loving male or female who has their own life and interests. Oh and a dog lover (liker). Seamus is a loving 3 year old ginger (ninja) labradoodle who steals everyone’s heart and great company.
