The flat is just off the high street in Langley Moor, just 2 miles from Durham City Centre. The high street has a Tesco, Lidl, post office, newsagents and many more shops!
The living room is approx 3m x 4m, with a small kitchen attached. Appliances in the flat are fridge, cooker and washing machine. These appliances are all used but working and can be left if you need them.
The bedroom is approx 3m x 4m, with the bathroom attached.
The flat will be let as un-furnished.
The flat is south facing so benefits hugely in the summer months, heating is electric radiators as and when you need to turn them on!

As the flat is quite small we do not accept couples / children / pets. Unfortunately we cannot accept DSS as we don’t have an account with the council.
