Room Available – £550/month – Clean & Friendly Home (Langley Park)
Hi! I’ have a room available in my house in Langley Park (just outside Durham). Rent is £550per month (bills included).

It’s a 2-bedroom house – one room is mine and the other will be yours.
That’s why I’m looking for someone who’s a good match: quiet, calm, tidy, and easygoing. I’d really like a housemate who enjoys a peaceful home, maybe likes reading, relaxing, or sports, and definitely values cleanliness in both the common areas and their own room.

A little about me:
I’m 33, work full-time as a manager in Durham.
I’m into sports, gym, and travelling. Every month and a half I go visit my family, and every few months I like to explore somewhere new.
I’ve been in England since 2020 and will be here at least until the end of next winter.

I’m not the owner, but the main tenant here since 2020. I don’t have any fixed plans, but one day I may decide to move back to Italy. Nothing is planned in the near future, of course, but if you’re looking for something very long-term, it might be better to consider other places. For now, I’m happy to have someone for few months

Cosy 2-bedroom house with shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
Located in Langley Park, with regular buses to Durham City Centre (about 15–20 minutes).
On-street parking available.
Fast WiFi included.
If needed, I sometimes have a car or van available for important appointments, luggage, or airport runs.
