The room is on the top floor of my house (two flights of stairs) and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and an area for preparing hot drinks, snacks etc with fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster.
In addition you would have shared use of the main (large) dining kitchen plus shared use of a sitting room on the ground floor and the very large conservatory.
There is a utility room with washing machine and a drying area.
There is a large patio area and garden also with ample, secure off-street parking.
Our household consists of myself, a retired teacher, my partner Steve, also retired and a Ukrainian family consisting of a Mam and two teenage girls.
The house is very big and we co-exist very harmoniously.
We also have four cats who are very friendly.
