Applications take between 1 - 3 working days to come back to us. If approved you will then be able to place a deposit for the room to rent and we can begin your tenancy.
Please note, if you claim LHA, this is your first time renting or you have bad credit - we will ask for a suitable guarantor who will be required to pass the referencing and credit checks before your application could be approved.
