A room is available for monthly rent for one man in a quiet and clean house in Peterlee (SR8).
- Rent: £300 per month
- Deposit: £300
- Bills: Not included in the rent. Bills are shared between you and the other roommate and usually cost around £30 per month each (as shown in the photo below).
About the house:
- Shared with only one other person
- You will have access to a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a garden outside the house
- The house is clean, in a quiet area, with respectful neighbours
Important rules:
- No pets
- No smoking inside the room (the roommate has allergies)
The previous student who lived here stayed from November until now, and you will take his place in the contract.
Viewing is available from now and during the weekend.
The room will be ready to move in on 10 March.
