New build double room to rent

I have a double room available to rent in the village of Sacriston. The house is a semi detached house on the new development of Monkswood. There is a downstairs toilet and bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, with shared living area/dining area. The house has a garden at rear and there is space for a car on the drive. Very close to local amenities and good public transport links.

I have no preference in terms of a flatmate but I do ask that you are clean and respectful of the property. If you smoke then you can do so outside but no smoking inside (including hanging out of window). Viewings are welcome most days. There is a washing machine at your disposal as well as shared use of fridge and freezer. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside drawer. There is also a TV, though you’ll need a firestick or equivalent as unable to get analogue channels.

All bills included - broadband, water, council tax, electricity and gas but subject to fair use.
