Property is set back, has its own large gates, and plenty of car parking space. Outside area has the old cobbles, house looks very distinctive.

We have 2 large living areas, with TV's and one has a music area too.

Lovely large kitchen diner. Plenty of storage, and a very large Arga for the budding chefs. If not, plenty of eating places, take aways, pubs near by. Kitchen has a washer/dryer and dish washer. Fridge and freezer, crockery etc.

Whole house has been refurbished, with new utensils, flooring etc. There are 4 double rooms to rent, one of the rooms has a king size bed. Also have a large single. Looking for professionals only, one month minimum stay and no max term. If you need a different term please contact and we can discuss.

Bedrooms are large doubles, with chest of drawers, wardrobe, also have a work area, desk, table bookcase etc.

This is a really good home, lived here for 13 years before moving areas. Lovely warm feel to the house. The house is a quality one, and the expectation is that people will look after the house with respect.

House has one large bathroom, and combi boiler. (instant hot water). Bath and separate large walk in shower. Downstairs toilet area. Towels are not included, or toiletries.

Price of £450 includes bills and cleaning. Beds changed fortnightly. There is a room off the kitchen for ironing. Lot of outside space, with raised flower beds, and outside barbeque area which is a sun trap in summer. Plenty of parking space, with own secure gates.
