Quiet street , great neighbors, 2 rooms available

So first of all I'm a chilled out person, I enjoy gaming, formula 1, I will technically be a live in landlord but I won't actually be at the property, my cat will be staying in a secure location inside the property, who I will visit on a daily basis to feed, so I will pretty much be in n out.

I'm looking for one person to start with, up to 3 available, I live in the quiet part of shildon, we have good neighbors all around. One of the rooms will have access to sky tv, broadband can be shared, there are limited spaces outside the house for car parking space but plenty 30 seconds round the corner.

Bus stops are about 3-5 mins away, I have 3 rooms available, two up stairs and one down..

Shared kitchen
Shared bathroom
No access to rear garden.

All bills would be included, providing your not running any mining equipment, or something that would blow up the energy bill..

The ideal person will be mindful of neighbor relations, so not listening to loud music after 8pm or before 10am, respectful and respectfully clean / tidy.
