Perfect for PhD, Erasmus or students who want to live in a homely environment out of the City Centre.
The main bus route to Durham & Bishop Auckland runs right past the front door with bus stops just yards away for both directions. There is a convenience shop next door(open until 10pm) and Spennymoor Town centre has all the necessary amenities only 5 mins walk away.

The room is at the back of the house, away from the road, and is very quiet.
