I have 1 single-bedroom available for rent in my house. The house has 4 bedrooms in total. There is one other lodger.

House consists of:
Living Room with working gas fireplace, 65inch TV and bay window.
Kitchen with island, fridge & freezer, microwave, 4 electric hobs, dish washer and brand new top range washing machine.
Main bathroom with bath & shower.
Large conservatory with sofa
A downstairs toilet.
Large front and back garden with washing lines.
Driveway for up to 2 cars
4 bedrooms upstairs.

Looking at renting the single room at the front of the house (top left window) (£360)

Looking for responsible individuals.

Will require proof of income, proof of residency and £350 deposit.

No children
No couples
No smoking, drugs
No dogs/cats. Small pets may be considered (e. g. hamsters, rabbits, reptiles etc.)

About me:
I am a 34 year old male, working professional as en environmental consultant. I am single. I like movies (lotr, star wars), videogames, gym, camping, travel, history. I have 2 master degrees in paleaoenvironmental sciences.

All other bills are included; water, TV license and Hyperstream broadband (fastest available), council tax, electricity etc. Wifi repeater upstairs.

The house is always kept at 20 celcius and 16 c at night. 21 degrees on the weekends when people are home.

I have a DBS certificate.

The main bathroom is only used by the female lodger.

The room comes furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, large closet, and bedside lamp.
