Clean furnished single room available for rent in modern new build home. (please read all my advert and check availability calendar and check the location on a map is suitable for where you need to be e. g. distance to your work etc BEFORE enquiring, thanks).

Non smoking and clean home with front garden.

Quiet neighbourhood, on bus route. Short walk to town centre.

Single room with lock on door for added privacy/peace of mind when you are out. AVAILABLE long term rates 6 month minimum at price shown on this advert plus your share of bills.
The room is small, it is shown in the photos. Furnished with single bed, with drawer and cupboard space under the bed for storage, mattress, shelf unit. Window with blind.

Bedrooms are on the first floor, as is the bathroom.

Tidy and quiet room in good neighbourhood.

On bus route. Walking distance to big supermarkets / main shops in town centre.

The house and neighbourhood is a quiet one so this won't be suited to party animals or super loud people (nothing wrong with being an extrovert just I'm not, and you'd probably enjoy it more being in a party place / home-which my home isn't).

I try to look after the planet as much as I can and it's my personal preference to recycle amongst other things including not being wasteful of the planets resources and would ask that my housemate would be similar in this thought, or at least be willing to consider recycling. There is a separate wheelie bin for recyclables and a separate one for general non recycle-able waste so there's really no excuse not to recycle in my opinion. If you have reasons not to recycle I'd be interested to hear them.

I'm looking for a housemate that is non smoking (like me).

Nice modern kitchen with seating/dining area. There is no separate communal living room, the shared space are what you see in the kitchen photo. Shared bathroom (please know I am fussy about keeping this clean).

Rent for room is only £165 per month on long term rent 6 months minimum (payable 6 monthly in advance plus deposit). Plus share of bills. Available from 10th Feb onwards depending on lockdown situation so please know you may have to be somewhat flexible with this depending on the situation of the person leaving and lockdown etc)

I enjoy reading, horse riding, and caring for the planet and environment where I can plus occasional museum trips.
