52 year old father and 18 year old daughter live in the home and occasionally two younger daughters stay over so any potential lodger must be ok with kids.
UPDATE: oldest daughter now currently living in London while attending university.
Shared kitchen, bathroom (with shower), and living/dining room, although the rented room is big enough to have a seating area if you would rather have your own space when the younger kids visit.
The room has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps, 4 drawer chest of drawers, 2 door 2 drawer wardrobe and a desk/vanity table. Wall-mounted smart TV.
Access to rear yard with lockable bike stand and cover for bicycles.
On street parking.
All bills and high-speed broadband included.
10 minute walk from Stockton town centre.
2 minutes walk from Ropner park.
Professional or student preferred.
As I have my young daughters staying over regularly I would prefer a female lodger but would consider a male lodger pending references and the willingness to submit a DBS check.
No pets.
Non-smoking household.
