Summer Student Room in Ushaw Moor

PhD student looking for a quiet, tidy, and cat-friendly housemate (female only, non-smoker, postgraduates preferred) for the summer months (June-September).
Fully-furnished single room with a shared bathroom, kitchen (with washing machine) and living room. There is also a garden. I am flexible on contract duration. Rent is £380 a month as well as some weeks of cat sitting, all bills included.
My cat, Godith, is an affectionate and chatty indoor cat.

The house is in Ushaw Moor. Buses to town centre are frequent and take about 15 minutes. A Co-Op, a chemist, and the open countryside with picturesque hiking and cycling routes are all in walking distance.
