Bedroom.

This house is quite big and is situated about two and a half miles from Coleraine town centre so you need a car.
There is a double room on offer with a living room attached which would be for the exclusive use of the person who moves in.
The upstairs bathroom would be shared with me.
The house also has a big garden and it would be appreciated especially if you enjoy nature and the birds who come into the garden.
The prospective person who moves in would also be sharing with me, the person who lives downstairs (senior care worker in a nursing home) and my two cats, so this is a very important consideration - however - there is plenty of space so we wouldn't be 'on top of each other!'
The person downstairs has his own bathroom downstairs.

The only area that we would really have to share would be the kitchen, and whilst it is not large, it is adequate.

This house would suit somebody who isn't a party animal, as the house is very quiet and private and I wish it to stay this way.
I am a teacher and I am now working from home online.
So, if you're the kind of person who appreciates a very quiet and calm atmosphere with nature and animals then this may be the place for you.
