House Mates Wanted

We have 1 small single room available to rent in our house share. Current housemates are a young engaged couple who both work full time and study Law and Psychology part time with the Open University.
One works from home, we are usually quite busy so don't have any mad parties but will have the odd night where we have drinks, we are looking for someone friendly and respectful to move in.
Ideally someone who is a student or works. We have a few pets so someone who likes animals is a must. We have a small garden and have BBQs in the summer and go to the beach in the evenings (new housemate welcome to join us). We have parking on the street in a quiet cul de sac (never had any parking issues).
Looking for someone short or long term
We divide all bills but would also be happy to just add the bills to the rent.

Please do not enquire if you are expecting a huge room, this is one of the cheapest rooms in the county because it is small, ideal for short term lets
