2 double rooms available to rent, 1 furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside drawers and canvas shelf unit and 1 furnished with small double bed, canvas wardrobe, desk/dressing table and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom upstairs (bath and separate shower) and a downstairs toilet. Tenants will share bathroom, kitchen and living room. Broadband is included but oil and electricity is to be shared/purchased as and when required but this shouldn’t cost much extra a month!
This would suit a professional person or mature student as the house is situated in a cul de sac with families. It’s close access to the main Londonderry/Derry to Coleraine line - would suit commuters. There is a Spar, off licence, pharmacy, chippy and Chinese in short walking distance and it’s only a couple of mins drive to the centre of Limavady (20/30 min walk) and the bus depot.
