I need someone to take over my room at student accommodation at Agherton Village Portstewart. The tenancy will end of 20th June 2026, but it can be extended. It is an en suite room (with a private bathroom) on the second floor and a shared kitchen. It is £138 per week, and electricity, gas, and WiFi are included. To take over, you have to be an female and Ulster University student who's currently not living in University accommodation or who's contract finishes in May but planning to stay at University accommodation.
