I have a double room available to rent in a 2 storey semi detached house from mid April. Potential flat mates must be clean and respectful as this is my home. I have a Labrador so must be ok with dogs. The M1 is a 5 min drive from the house. I rarely use the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. There is wifi, parking, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and garden. I don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s done outside. Any other questions just ask.
