Set in a quiet but central location in Ambleside our shared house has a Single room with own sink to rent. £360 per month plus one months rent for deposit. All bills included apart from TV license and wifi. Cleaner comes 1-2 times a week, I visit once a week to do safety checks, maintenance and cleaning. We have bike storage and a laundry. Two kitchens with allocated space, two bathrooms. We provide toilet paper and cleaning items for kitchens and bathrooms.
Professionally run shared house with license. Looking for quiet, respectful tenants. Not a party house. Reference's required.
This is a small single room on the first floor. Has own sink and then a shared bathroom on floors 1 and 2.
Its a small room but has storage under the bed, and two large ceiling storage areas plus extra kitchen space.
This house has been running as a shared house for 45yrs. As a landlord I am approachable and ensure tenants have everything they need.
Current tenants are aged between 25 to 60 and some are outdoorsy.
Tenants in this room get first refusal of bigger rooms as they become available.
