Two rooms available in a three bed modernised terrace. Both rooms are fully furnished.
I own, manage and clean property myself plus I live locally so any issues are quickly resolved.
The house is very clean and light with an open plan aspect. We have fully modernised it with central heating, double glazing and tastefull decor.
There is a modern kitchen/diner with all necessary appliances and all cooking utencils etc provided. There is a lounge area with TV.
The bathroom is off landing with three piece white suite and shower.
All furniture & bedding is provided & changed on a regular basis along with full house clean.
The house is situated close to the center of Barrow and is within easy reach of BAE Systems, The Wind Farm, Gas Terminal, Hospital, all other industeries and the docks.
There is unrestricted parking outside the property which is on a bus route and within walking distance of shops, leisure center and town center.
