We are looking for a professional person who would be working in the Carlisle area for a short time and wants a bit of peace, quiet and solitude at the end of the working day before going back to their family home at the weekend.
You are welcome to use the private annex in garden of our family home if you wish.
The annex has a large bedroom, private shower, small private wc and sink, private living room/ diner, with limited cooking facilities.
Storage is available to leave your belongings as well as a garage for bike etc and washing machine and dryer .
With little sunny seated area in garden too.
My wife and I are available if you have a problem or to help you in any way we can.
Situated in a Houghton a lovely quiet village 2 miles north of Carlisle which has a busy corner shop, trendy bistro, village green and is on a daily bus route to Carlisle.
5 minutes to M6, 2 minutes to A689 , 25 minutes walk to Cumbria College of Art and 40 minutes walk to city centre.
We prefer a Monday - Friday or similar let,
Ideally short to medium term, but may consider longer for the right person.
WiFi , tv , microwave , kettle toaster etc and own parking space provided.
