I’m looking to rent my spare room as of June 2022, I work between Carlisle and Manchester and also have a second job on weekends too, so usually away two nights a week. My plan is to be in Manchester full time from august onwards, but still keeping Carlisle as a base/to be able to come back once a month.
It’s within walking distance of town, train station, lidl, gyms and takeaways!
I want the lodger to feel it more of a home than renting a room and for us to get on as ultimately this is my home even though I’m not always around.
