Spacious spare room in my comfy home

Join me and my friendly dog maisie in our comfortable 3 bedroom semi detached house. Situated in a quiet cul de sac, Close to the city centre with good bus routes and easy access to the motorway. The house is kept clean and tidy, with a large well equipped kitchen, spacious living room with log burner. The larger spare room is recently neutrally decorated with a double bed and a few bits of furniture. The third bedroom is a box room for quests/storage. There is front and back gardens with seating and fire pit as well as a large workshop/storage space. I am friendly, outgoing kind of person i work full time and maisie is out with me all day.
