Rooms listed split over 3 houses, all within 5 minutes walk from University of Cumbria Fusehill St campus. Available from Sept 2023. Please contact us for full details of available rooms. These rooms are for full time university students only. Please note, photos are only showing some rooms available.

47 week contract, starting in September 2024-July 2025. Room prices and sizes vary. Room reservation fee is one week rent, this is payable on application. Tenancy deposits are two weeks rent. These are protected with the Deposit Protection Scheme. Rent will be paid on a termly basis in September, January and April to align with student loan dates.

Groups and individual applications welcome. All tenants will need a UK based guarantor. Video viewings available for all properties.

Bills are included (gas, electricity, water, broadband, no council tax if you're a full time student, but properties are band A). We would just ask for no electric cars which would need to be charged at the property.

Limited parking available, first come first serve.

All properties renovated within last 4 years, continuously kept to a high standard through regular maintenance work.

Fully furnished bedrooms and communal areas. Bedrooms come with single or double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe with drawers, bedside table and spacious underbed storage.

Kitchen is provided with basic set of pans, dinnerware, tableware, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave. Tv is provided in the living/kitchen spaces. This has a TV licence provided by us and yearly Netflix subscription.

Communal spaces are professional cleaned every two weeks.
