Location suitable for contractors working in the city centre, the relief road, or on other local engineering projects

Good bus links to both the infirmary or the Charlton clinic for health care professionals. Less than 15 minutes walk from railway station and city centre. 24 hour gym at bottom of street.

Rates dependant on number of nights per week and length of stay.

RATES – winter rates 1st October 2025 to 31st March 2026

Short stay (1- 21 nights)
£48 per night double room. Single person occupancy.
• Payment required at time of booking.
• 5 days’ notice of cancellation or loss of 2 days payment.
• Room occupation 4pm 1st day to 10am on final day.
• Short stay health care staff on nights, needing to sleep in the day will have a 50% premium on first and last nights to cover early occupancy and late check out.

Regular partial week stays of 3 to 12 weeks
Payments weekly in advance.
Please note the room must be vacated fully by 10am and will be occupied in your absence.
