A large (5m x 3m) en-suite room in a modern flat with an additional shared bathroom, a large kitchen and living room located in Stanwix, right on the Bannetynes gym and in between Morrisons and Aldi for easy convenience. Room is partially furnished but I could help out with finding furniture and moving in if needed :)
There is a garage (currently my woodworking studio) and parking included.
