Nestled in between the centre of Carlisle and the University of Northumbria, on Fusehill Street. The self contained bedsit is in a large Victorian terrace house housing 5 flats and one shared modern kitchen. There is WiFi and a cleaner that comes in once a week to clean the communal areas. It is a friendly, professional house that doesn't tend to have transient tenants, more the long term happy sort. There is a back yard for hanging washing, recycling and bikes, push bikes or motorbikes and it is very secure. The potential flatmate should be clean and tidy and happy. We have had students but they have been mature students, that fit well with working people so if you are a friendly, happy and considerate, then please feel welcome to apply.
