1 Bed Room in Large Spacious House

A compact double bed room and large wardrobe, what doesn't fit in the room can always live somewhere else in the house as it's pretty big. you'll have full access to everything in the place. Broadband, Sky, Netflix, amazon smart Heating!

See it as a shared space if you want, movie nights, shared cooking if i'm around, but Your room is your room. I am relaxed about my things being used, just mutual respect required and don't pinch my socks of the drying rack!

The house is having some ongoing redecoration being done by myself, trying to get the feng shui right, but the single room is complete, it's just that the rest of the house is being lived in and some of the wall colours don't match!

The house is a brisk 5 minutes walk to town and 15 minute walk to the hospital. Co-op 20 seconds away and lidl 5 minute walk away too.
