Holidays for you will be half price ( you must be away from the property more than a week, not a day.)
Half price retainer over Christmas period.

Plenty of room for 3 cars.
New Bedding provided if you want to use.

A cleaner will come once every 3 weeks.

2 sparkys in there from Sellafeild at the min nice lads.
Im a contractor myself who works away,
but i will spend the very occasional day there to maintain the property.
