Looking for housemates to join a lovely shared house in the quaint village of Embleton within the Lake District National Park.

There are two double rooms available, one larger with an en-suite. They both come furnished with wardrobes, chest of draws and bedside tables.

The ground floor is a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, separate utility, W. C (toilet) and office with underfloor heating throughout.

There is ample parking space and a decking area to the rear of the property with a BBQ and decking table /chairs. 5 minute walk from the local pub and hotel with leisure facilities (Gym/pool/hot tub)

Easy access to shops and services, only a 5 minute drive into Cockermouth and 15 minutes to Keswick.
