Frizington room available

Sitting Room

I have a furnished room, available in my mid terraced house here in Frizington, for a full time working professional. It will be available from the 30th October, 2021.

If you need a room for weekdays only, let me know and the price can be adjusted.

Pet dogs welcome. I would be happy to look after it during the day.

The house was rewired and had new central heating fitted last year. The windows are all double glazed. The flooring in the majority of the house is new, as are all the appliances in the kitchen.

Parking is on the street.

The available bedroom has a king size bed, with side tables and lamps. There is a small wardrobe/shelf unit. A chest of drawers or other furniture can be provided, just ask.

The bath/shower room is downstairs. The shared kitchen is a good size, with a gas cooker/grill, microwave, washing machine, etc... The sitting room would be shared with me and is a comfortable room.

Outside there is a small yard/potting area, leading to a pretty patio with plant pots, fountain, barbeque and a corner bench. A nice space to enjoy a meal, or maybe drink after work. On from the patio is a small garden, so if you have a dog, there is space here for it to have a bit of a play. There are some great walks for dogs around the area.

At the end of the garden is a composting area, large greenhouse and a huge storage room, which will be available should you need it. Maybe you have some items to store, a bicycle, canoe, or whatever? There is side access to the back from the street. I am currently growing strawberries, peppers, courgettes and tomatoes in the greenhouse.
