Small single furnished room in flat

I am seeking a short term flatmate for my small single furnished room right in the middle of Kendal on the river. Happy to discuss weekday let.

Parking, bed, washing machine, wifi, bills* included. *if you dont abuse the heating.

I work 830-5 mon-fri at the college. Then come home and chill, binge netflix or staring at my phone/ talking to mates.

I enjoy cooking on weekends.
Definitely a meat eater so I'm fine if you are vegan/vegetarian but you can't complain about the smell when I cook bacon and sausages.

I teach a night class and run a girl guide unit so some nights I'm not home til late.
I don't drink or smoke. Don't mind if you drink but definitely no smoking.

Mid level flat with no outdoor area but river is right outside the window. Love my house plants but not crazy due to space.
Very consious of keeping shared areas clean and organised.

I enjoy getting out into the lakes and the UK on roadtrips in the warmer months. Would love to get a paddle board but also don't have much space to store things in the flat.

You should be someone who works or studies, no pets and no stress. Sometime I people, sometimes I do not. Very respectful of everyone having their own space/time to chill and openly communicate about issues. Rarely have people over. Happy to be a home body all weekend and not leave the house or go out and adventure.
