1 large double room available in period property with lots of character, lovely views over church green and river. To share with live-in landlady and dog. I'm looking for a respectful, sociable and easy-going housemate. Dog lover essential as have a lively young dog (lab/spaniel cross). I sometimes work from home so someone with a 9-5 job preferred. The house has a lovely open planned shared kitchen, living room with a wood-burning stove. Small front yard over looking the green and back yard with possible space for storing bike.

I am interested in the arts, nature, film, cooking and fell walking, looking for someone with similar interests.

The location is excellent, 5 mins walk to town centre and Kendal train station. It is located on a communal green next to river in a quiet but friendly neighbourhood.

All bills included (including wifi and council tax)
Free parking around green.
Washing machine but no tumble dryer. Washing line available to use on green!
I have a television to watch films on but no TV licence. There is an ariel socket in the room if you wish to have your own TV and pay for the licence.
