Large Master Double Room with En-suite to let in large 6 bedroomed detached house on The Oaks. A quiet and very popular and safe area in Kendal. Near to Oxenholme station, behind the hospital, lovely country pub, shops, Asda, leisure centre, GP surgery, bus routes and just a few minutes drive to Town or easy to walk there. House has large kitchen/diner, conservatory, large garden, large bathroom with seperate power shower, utility room, dishwasher, washer, drier, unlimited fast sky optic broadband and a large double garage for storage. Own cupboards and own fridge freezer. The room is fully furnished to a high standard, with king sized bed and newly decorated with TV aerial. Double aspect windows, with nice views over the garden. Lovely warm house. My house is spacious, friendly and quiet. Lodgers all get on well together. Lots of space to socialize or have somewhere quiet. Pet lover is a must as I have 2 gorgeous, well behaved dogs. They're with me 24/7! All bills are inclusive in the rent money.
