Fully furnished room, stunning views (South Lakes)

Hi there! I'm one of the two tenants currently living in this newly refurbished three-bed apartment in a beautiful Victorian building overlooking the estuary.

We are 13 minutes from Ulverston, 19 minutes from Barrow and 15-20 minutes from the southern tips of Coniston Water and Lake Windermere.

This is a very peaceful part of the world (South Lakes) so we're hoping to find someone looking for somewhere quiet and free of chaos! We would like someone of a fairly similar age range (18 to 34 ish). We will consider a student but it has to be someone who can respect our quiet way of life (especially as I work from home during the day!). I'm male, 28, and the other tenant is female, 22. We're both friendly, drama-free people who each tend to do our own thing.

There is currently one room available:

- Spacious double room
- Fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, armchair, full-length mirror, bedside tables, chest of drawers, shelves (plus wardrobe that can be moved into the room if required)
- Large storage drawer under bed
- Shared bathroom with one other very tidy tenant (the other tenant has an en-suite)
- Shared living room/dining room/kitchen with TV
- Towels and bedding included (if needed)
- Plenty of on-street parking directly outside (very quiet road)
- Use of lovely landscaped garden
- Laundry facilities in building
- Netflix

ALL bills (including broadband) included. Kirkby-in-Furness has a train station, with trains to all major towns in Cumbria. Don't worry; it's not a noisy station at all as it's so small!
