Double room to let in comfortable house just 5 minutes walk from town centre.
The room is warm and cosy with plenty of storage and fast wi fi. You would share all the facilities with me and 1 male lodger and would have your own space a lot of the time as I work 3 days a week and am out most evenings swimming, at the gym, yoga or dancing. My lodger works full time and is away seeing his family most weekends but we’re both friendly and sociable when our paths cross. Sunny, my ginger cat, is also very sociable and loves attention from the residents.
The rent is inclusive of all bills including unlimited wi-fi and use of washing machine and tumble drier.
I am friendly, young at heart and easy going and like people with similar qualities to share my home. Happy to arrange a viewing either in person or by video😊
