Room 3 is a newly decorated, single room with sea views £425 a month including all bills.

Gas and electricity subject to fair useage.

All shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy and all people be considerate of others in the house.  A cleaner will be provided when 2 people share the house. The house is a home which should make you feel very comfortable and well catered for.
