Myself my 24-year-old son who is a marketing professional and a senior Doctor who works at the Cumberland infirmary.
The house is modern and comfortable with broadband available. The Bathroom is separate boasting a bath shower ,sink and toilet.. I have a large kitchen/dining area with use of washing machine . In nice weather it is nice to sit outside in the large quiet garden . Parking is available on a drive or off street.
