Double Room on the border of the Lake District

We have a double room to rent in our semi-detached house, in Tebay. Located on the borders of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, it's well situated for outdoor activities as well as offering great access to the M6.

The room has a double bed, side table and a large built-in wardrobe, with room for a desk. The house also has the following shared spaces:
• Bathroom with walk in shower
• Kitchen - gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher and vast range of coffee making equipment.
• Lounge
• Dining room
• Garden with seating area

All bills are included and there's wifi available throughout the house which is supplied with fast FTTP Internet connection. Storage space could be available for outdoor equipment with off street parking also offered for 2 wheeled vehicles, otherwise the adjacent street usually has space.

With regards to the current household, we're into a range of activities such as climbing, biking, hiking, cooking, coffee, poetry, writing, gardening and travel. Ideally we're looking for a housemate (or couple at an additional rate) who shares similar interests. We're also LGBTIQA+ friendly.
